1. Sarah - 1 star - I had a terrible experience at Magjcal nail spa. The staff were rude and unprofessional, constantly gossiping amongst themselves and ignoring the customers. The salon itself was dirty and unkempt, with old, worn-out furniture and chipped nail polish bottles on the shelves. The nail technician who worked on me seemed inexperienced and rushed through the process, leaving my nails uneven and with smudges. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable nail spa experience.
2. John - 2 stars - I was disappointed with Magjcal nail spa. Firstly, the prices were higher than other salons in the area, but the quality of service did not match up. The manicurist seemed disinterested and barely engaged in conversation. The nail polish she used was old and clumpy, leaving streaks on my nails. I also noticed that the tools she used were not properly sanitized, which made me question the cleanliness of the salon. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and would not return.
3. Emily - 2 stars - My visit to Magjcal nail spa was less than magical. The atmosphere was chaotic and noisy, making it difficult to relax. The salon was overcrowded, and I had to wait for a considerable amount of time before getting seated. Once seated, the nail technician rushed through the service without paying attention to detail. The nail polish started chipping within a day, suggesting poor quality products. The whole experience left me feeling disappointed and I will not be returning to this salon.
4. Michael - 1 star - I had an awful experience at Magjcal nail spa. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment I stepped in. I felt judged and unwelcome throughout my visit. The manicurist who attended to me did a sloppy job, leaving my nails uneven and poorly shaped. To top it off, I was overcharged for the services I received. I left the salon feeling frustrated and ripped off. I would strongly advise against visiting this place if you're looking for a pleasant and enjoyable nail spa experience.
