The baristas seemed more interested in chatting with each other than taking care of the customers. The atmosphere was also underwhelming, with uncomfortable seating and a lack of ambiance. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning to this coffee shop.
2. John - 1 star - Terrible coffee and terrible customer service at Magick Cup McKinney. The coffee tasted burnt and lacked any depth of flavor. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked for a recommendation. It was clear they didn't care about their customers' experience. On top of that, the prices were high for the poor quality of the coffee. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee.
