I had a terrible experience at Magic Reef Bungalows in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. The bungalow we stayed in was not well-maintained and had a musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were old and stained. The bathroom was small and dirty, with a broken shower head. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to our concerns. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this resort.
