My son recently had extensive dental work at Dental Magic. The office was very welcoming and Heather, the office manager, was helpful and friendly. It’s a very professional but casual atmosphere and you are made to feel very welcome and cared for. After many extractions, dentures and now healing for his dental implants, my son has nothing but praise for the staff. They got him through a difficult time with care and concern. I am extremely satisfied with Dr Rodriguez dental work, she was very patient and understood my fear of dental work and that made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Magic Nails Countryside. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. I waited for over half an hour, even though I had an appointment. Secondly, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in talking among themselves rather than providing good customer service. Finally, the quality of the manicure was subpar. The polish was streaky and uneven, and it started chipping within a day. I will definitely not be returning to Magic Nails Countryside.

I had high expectations for Magic Nails Countryside after hearing good things about it, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. While the staff was polite, the overall service was lacking. The nail technician rushed through my appointment and didn't pay attention to detail. My nails came out looking sloppy, with jagged edges and uneven lengths. Additionally, the salon was not clean or well-maintained. The floors were dirty, and the tools used were not properly sterilized. Overall, I was disappointed and won't be returning.

I regret going to Magic Nails Countryside for a pedicure. The entire experience was a nightmare. The technician was rough and careless, causing me discomfort throughout the whole process. The foot soak was lukewarm, and the foot massage was virtually nonexistent. To add insult to injury, the polish application was messy and smudged, ruining the overall look of my toes. The whole experience was a waste of time and money. I would strongly advise avoiding this salon.
