First of all, the mobility scooter had a hard time navigating over even the smallest bumps or uneven surfaces. It constantly got stuck and I had to frequently ask for assistance. Secondly, the battery life was extremely poor. It didn't last even half as long as the manufacturer claimed it would. I found myself constantly running out of battery and having to wait for it to recharge. Overall, I regret purchasing this scooter as it didn't live up to its claims and was a major inconvenience.
