1. John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with my experience at Magic Clean Car Wash. Firstly, the wait time was excessive, with only one or two employees working. They seemed overwhelmed and inattentive to customers. Secondly, the quality of the wash itself was subpar. I still had dirt and grime on my car, even after going through their wash cycle. Overall, I did not feel like my money was well-spent and I will not be returning to Magic Clean Car Wash in the future.
2. Sarah - 1 star - I had a terrible experience at Magic Clean Car Wash. The automated system they have in place scratched the paint on my car. When I brought it to their attention, they seemed dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and offered no solution or compensation. I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and their lack of accountability. I will not be recommending Magic Clean Car Wash to anyone.
3. Alex - 3 stars - I had high expectations for Magic Clean Car Wash, but unfortunately, they fell short. While the exterior wash was adequate, the interior cleaning was lacking. There were still crumbs and debris in hard-to-reach areas of my car, and the vacuuming was inconsistent. Additionally, the customer service was mediocre at best. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting customers and didn't make any effort to go above and beyond. For the price I paid, I expected more attention to detail and better customer service.
