Please show up on time for your appointment, and call if you're running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Late cancellations or rescheduling need to be done at least 3 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 50% of the service price. We do not accept email or social media cancellations.

I was so disappointed with my experience at Mafic Nails in Tyler, TX. The service was subpar at best. The nail technician seemed uninterested and rushed through the entire process. The polish job was sloppy and there were smudges and streaks all over my nails. On top of that, the salon itself was dirty and outdated. I definitely won't be coming back here.

I recently tried Mafic Nails in Tyler, TX and I have to say I was not impressed. The prices were way too high for the quality of service I received. The nail technician was not very friendly and didn't seem to have much experience. My manicure didn't last more than a few days before it started chipping. I expected more from a supposedly reputable salon. I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

When it was finally my turn, the nail technician rushed through the manicure, barely taking any time to shape my nails properly. The end result was sloppy and uneven. I could have done a better job at home. I was really disappointed with the level of service and the overall outcome. I won't be returning to Mafic Nails again.
