A new release from the packet trick pioneer Gordon Bean has just dropped over at Penguin Magic :
It is a simple, three-card monte routine using a set of special cards (which you receive with the download). I think this is a reworking of an old trick in his "Temptation" release, circa 2003, called "T3". I remember liking both effects when they were first released. The sequences were a little tricky to remember and full of inconsistencies that no one ever noticed; one of the reasons I loved performing them!
I like the way the envelope is used in this new routine. It can be performed in-the-hands and also instantly resets, so "Royal-T" would be an excellent alternative to something like "Stand Up Monte" by Garrett Thomas. I will be performing this when I can get my hands on the cards.

1. Jennifer - 2 stars - I was really excited to try the Loreal Magic Retouch Root Color Spray, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. First of all, the color was not a good match for my hair, even though I followed the instructions and chose the shade that was supposed to be the closest match. Additionally, the spray was messy and hard to control, resulting in uneven application and streaks. Moreover, it didn't cover my roots completely and I had to constantly touch up throughout the day. Overall, I was disappointed with this product and would not recommend it.
2. Sarah - 1 star - The Loreal Magic Retouch Root Color Spray was a complete waste of money for me. The color did not match my hair at all, and it made my roots look even more obvious and unnatural.
