HOW MANY DO I NEED?

As a general rule you will need one (1) thermal mailer for each of the following:

1 XXL item (greater than 2.5lbs)
2 XL item (1-1.5lbs)
3-4 large items (12-16oz)
4-6 regular items (7-11oz)
6-10 small items (up to 6oz)

As a general rule you will need one (1) ice pack for each of the following:

NOTE: Chocolate items may required additional ice packs
2 large items (8-16oz)
3-4 regular items (up to 7oz)
For items larger than 1lbs (16oz) we recommend 2 ice packs per item.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTION SHOULD I USE?

It is highly recommended that you purchase an expedited shipping option in addition to thermal packaging to increase the likelihood that your order will arrive unmelted. Neither the ice packs nor thermal envelopes are designed to last the 4-5 days that standard shipping may take to arrive. In most cases and especially during warm weather months the ice packs will last approximately two days and will not last past 3 days when packed with thermal envelopes.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Thermal envelopes are not the outer shipping packaging. Your items will be placed inside the thermal envelope along with any ice packs purchased, thermal envelope will be sealed and then placed in an outer cardboard shipping box.

Please note that due to numerous variables we do not guarantee against heat related damage to your order. Ice packs and thermal envelopes are meant to be an additional tool to help your order "beat the odds" but is not guaranteed.

If you purchase UPS 2nd day, Overnight, or Next Day service along with ice packs and thermal envelopes and your order still arrives melted please contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.

These delicious chocolate wafers are the star ingredient of the Witches Brew. You can choose to use regular Kit Kat bars or mix it up with different flavors such as dark chocolate or white chocolate. Next, you'll need some other Halloween-inspired ingredients.

HANDLING TIME AND ORDER CUTOFF TIMES

All orders have a handling time of 1-2 business days regardless of what shipping service is chosen. Weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.
The transit time quoted at checkout with your chosen shipping service is the number of business days that your product will be in transit with the shipping carrier after your item has been shipped. The transit times do not include the 1-2 business days handling time allowing for us to pick, pack and ship your order. In most cases with most carriers w eekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.
All orders placed after 5:00pm CST will be counted as being placed the following business day.

In addition to these key ingredients, you'll also need some generic baking supplies. This includes butter, sugar, flour, baking soda, and vanilla extract. These ingredients are necessary to create the chocolate batter that will hold everything together. To assemble the Kit Kat Witches Brew, start by crushing the Kit Kat bars. This can be done by placing them in a food processor or by hand. Once the bars are crushed into fine crumbs, set them aside. Next, prepare the chocolate batter by combining butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined and then add in the flour, baking soda, and a splash of vanilla extract.
