The second time the guy in chair #4 did them and they could've been better if he hadn't rushed through the job. So I gave them another try in hopes I wouldn't get chair #4 again but of course as luck would have it I got him anyway and he really mucked up my fill in. I asked him to fix them before I got up and I guess he did what he called fixing them. So I actually went to the guy by the front counter, chair #1 I'm assuming, and he reluctantly fixed my nails and talked trash to me the entire time complaining about it and speaking his native language. I told him that he was very unprofessional and that I wouldn't be returning, his response was "good, thank you" instead of I'm sorry. I hate the fact that we patronize these places and pay our hard earned money to them just for them to treat us like trash and not care if we return because there's hundreds more that will despite the reviews and warnings. They have no respect for us and they never will. We are just $ to them and they'll continue to grow and expand because we have no unity. Read Less

Some people complain about salons when the specialist doesn't talk to them. I chuck it up to a slight language barrier but my stylist talked whenever she needed to and always had a smile.
