I visited Dr. Cathy D. Pagan after hearing good things from friends, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, despite having an appointment, I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room before being seen. When I finally got into the examination room, Dr. Pagan seemed rushed and disinterested in my concerns. She barely listened to my symptoms and quickly prescribed a generic medication without any explanation. Additionally, the office staff were unprofessional and seemed to be disorganized. Overall, I would not recommend Dr. Cathy D. Pagan based on my negative experience.

The office environment was also quite chaotic and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I will not be returning to Dr. Cathy D. Pagan and would not recommend her to others.
