The fancy over priced crap they market to hunters in the pretty packaging seems to be overwhelming smell at times and actually keeps deer away instead of bringing them in to eat to get that additional nutrition supplemental attractants should provide. Was clowning around with the OP in the other thread but in all seriousness we have found all the flavors, with the exception of the peanut butter, to work well.

I see they are selling it in Woodville now. Have several friends that hunt that area and they say it brings the wildlife in. May try and remember to get a sack

So what color is this stuff? Is it white like rice bran or yellow like corn, or does it kind of blend in with the ground? Just wondering if someone would be able to see it easily if they walked pretty close to it.

We have bran feeders at all of our mineral sites and normally keep theme full with regular old rice bran year round.

We put out some of this stuff at those spots where the deer weren't hitting the bran and they did mow the NBB down. It didn't bring in any bucks we didn't already know were around but they did prefer it over the regular bran in those cases.

At the sites where the deer were eating the bran they consumed the NBB equally.
