In a move that can initially easily be confused with the flamethrower, the Cannonier will occasionally aim his cannon diagonally at the ground, and as fire begins spewing out he will fire, shooting him backwards into the air. If a town is infested with vampires, he d blow up the nearby dam and douse the place in running water to kill them all, even if that meant drowning the living townsfolk as well.
As Malachi delved deeper into forbidden magic, he inadvertently unleashed a curse upon himself and the tower. The once vibrant violet exterior of the tower turned dark and foreboding, casting a shadow on the surrounding forest.
