I was really disappointed with the witch hat I purchased from the dollar store. Firstly, the quality was extremely poor. It felt like it would barely last for one Halloween party, let alone another year. The hat also looked very cheap and unattractive. The black color was faded and there were visible stains on it. Moreover, the hat had an overpowering unpleasant odor that was hard to get rid of, even after trying to air it out.
