In the first episode of "Cherry Magic," the viewers are introduced to the main character, Adachi, who discovers that he has the ability to read the minds of people by physical contact. 1. Jennifer - 2 stars - I was really excited to watch Cherry Magic because of all the hype, but I was left disappointed after watching the first episode. The storyline felt very cliche and predictable, and the acting was subpar. The main character's transformation into a popular guy because of a magic spell was just not believable. Overall, I found it to be quite cheesy and lacked depth. I don't think I will be continuing with this series.
2. Mark - 1 star - Cherry Magic episode 1 was a complete letdown for me. The premise sounded interesting and I was looking forward to watching it, but it turned out to be all talk and no substance. The characters were one-dimensional and the dialogue felt forced. The whole "accidental kiss" trope was so overdone and it just felt cringeworthy. I found myself bored and uninterested throughout the entire episode. I won't be wasting my time on the rest of the series.
