Visiting our exotic ports of call is half the fun of going on a Fun Ship cruise and we offer optional shore excursions at every port. Participating in a shore excursion is the best way to ensure our guests get the most out of their visit to each port-of-call.
Shore excursions may be booked online prior to sailing up until the Pre-Sail cut-off time, 11:59pm ET, two days prior to the cruise departure.
Shore excursions can also be purchased on board. Each Carnival ship has a dedicated Shore Excursion Desk with highly trained and experienced staff members who can recommend particular excursions and answer any questions guests may have.

I was really disappointed with the shore excursions on the Carnival Magic cruise. The tours were overcrowded and poorly organized. We were rushed from one location to another without enough time to fully enjoy each stop. Additionally, the guides didn't provide much information or insight into the places we visited. Overall, I felt like I wasted my money on these excursions and would not recommend them to others.

The shore excursions on the Carnival Magic were a complete letdown. The choices were limited and the ones we did go on were overpriced for what we got. The tour guides were not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in providing a good experience. The worst part was the long wait times and disorganization. We spent more time standing in line or waiting for transportation than actually exploring the destinations. Save your money and find your own activities instead of relying on these lackluster shore excursions.

I had high hopes for the shore excursions on the Carnival Magic, but unfortunately, they fell short. The tour options were repetitive and lacked variety. The quality of the excursions varied greatly and some were definitely not worth the price. The guides were often difficult to understand and not very engaging. It was disappointing to spend my limited time in each port on these lackluster outings. I would advise others to research and book their own activities instead of relying on the ship's excursions.
