1. Samantha - 2 stars - I recently purchased the Disneyland Magic Key from BYU and I have to say I am disappointed. The key promised exclusive benefits and access to the park, but in reality, it feels like a money grab. The discounts offered are minimal and not worth the hefty price tag. Additionally, the reservation system is a nightmare to navigate and it's nearly impossible to secure a spot on popular days. Overall, I regret buying the Magic Key and wish I had spent my money on individual tickets instead.
2. John - 1 star - I had high hopes for the Disneyland Magic Key, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The customer service at BYU is horrendous, with long hold times and unhelpful representatives. Trying to make a reservation with the key is a constant struggle, and it feels like they oversold the number of available spots. The benefits promised don't live up to the hype and the overall experience is frustrating and lackluster. Save your money and go to Disneyland without the Magic Key.
