Amulet is a popular graphic novel series written and illustrated by Kazu Kibuishi. The series consists of nine books that follow the adventures of Emily and her brother Navin as they navigate a dangerous and magical world. The main idea of the series is the power of friendship and family in the face of overwhelming challenges. In the first book, "The Stonekeeper," Emily and Navin move to their ancestral home after their father's death. They discover a magical amulet that grants special powers and embarks them on a quest to save their mother from an underground world called Alledia. Furthermore, a noticeable difference in level design is that much of the game does NOT take place in Dracula s castle, but rather exploring forests, mountains and villages in Europe. However, there is an extra gameplay mode after finishing the game that allows players to play as Trevor Belmont, equipped with the Vampire Killer and the classic sub-weapons knife, holy water, axe, etc.
Throughout the series, they encounter mythical creatures, face off against powerful enemies, and uncover the mysteries of the amulet. Each book in the series builds upon the previous installment, introducing new characters and expanding the world of Alledia. As Emily and Navin grow stronger in their abilities, they also face greater dangers and must make difficult choices.
