This is a genuine article with correct symbolism and creation, i personally use storm water and consider it a reliable source for empowerment and cleansing.

Yeah, it's good, but you should factor the fire element if you boil it. I personally believe in cross-elemental magic, and undesired fire energy in your water can throw the spell off.
