Vlada Federacije BiH na prijedlog Kolegija Vlade danas je donijela zaključak kojim je zatražena dostava podataka o neto plaćama članova uprava, te naknadama članova upravnih i nadzornih odbora, kao i rada u radnim tijelima i povjerenstvima.
Vlada je zaključkom zadužila sva gospodarska društva s udjelom državnog kapitala u kojima federalna ministarstva vrše ovlaštenja organa Federacije BiH, federalne ustanove i druge federalne institucije, zavode i agencije čiji je osnivač Federacija BiH, da u roku od tri dana Federalnoj vladi dostave podatke o neto platama članova uprava (direktora i izvršnih direktora), o naknadama članova upravnih i nadzornih odbora za 2022. i 2023. godinu, kao i dostave akte na osnovu kojih je utvrđena visina istih.
Također, rukovoditelji navedenih institucija zaduženi su da u roku od sedam dana Vladi FBiH dostave pregled svih radnih tijela i povjerenstava, koje su imenovali rukovoditelji, odnosno organi upravljanja i nadzora, s pregledom isplaćenih naknada po osnovu rada u istim za 2022. i 2023. godinu. Zaduženi su i dostaviti akte na osnovu kojih je utvrđena visina ovih naknada.

Direktor Zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje FBiH ima plaću 7.390 KM, a institucija ima 53 zaposlenih.
Plaće u ovim institucijama utvrđuju same institucije na osnovu internih pravilnika i uz odobrenje nadzornih odbora ili skupština, u zavisnosti od institucije. To upravama daje široke ovlasti da sami sebi određuju platne razrede pa tako dolazimo do ovakvih iznosa.
