The Witch is a 2015 horror film directed by Robert Eggers. The film was highly praised for its atmospheric setting and unsettling story. It tells the tale of a Puritan family in 1630s New England who are banished from their community and forced to live near the edge of a dark and foreboding forest. As they begin to experience strange occurrences and inexplicable events, they come to suspect that there may be a witch living amongst them. In addition to Taylor-Joy, the film features a talented cast that includes Ralph Ineson as William, the father, and Kate Dickie as Katherine, the mother. The young twins, played by Harvey Scrimshaw and Ellie Grainger, also deliver impressive performances.
The Witch
In 1630s New England, William and Katherine lead a devout Christian life with five children, homesteading on the edge of an impassable wilderness, exiled from their settlement when William defies the local church. When their newborn son vanishes and crops mysteriously fail, the family turns on one another.

Reviews for "The Witch (2015) Cast: Where Are They Now?"
- John - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with "The Witch". The acting felt wooden and the dialogue was stilted. I found myself losing interest in the story and characters because there was no emotional connection. The slow pace didn't help either, as it made the whole movie feel like it was dragging on forever. Overall, I was not impressed with the cast and crew's work on this film.
- Sarah - 1 star - "The Witch" was a complete letdown for me. The characters were unlikable and I found it difficult to care about their struggles. The cinematography was beautiful, but that was the only redeeming quality of this film. The plot was confusing and the pacing was way too slow. I was expecting a horror movie, but instead, I got a boring and pretentious film that left me feeling unsatisfied.
