She also bests trained experienced warriors in combat twice her size multiple times, which I found unrealistic. Her training and experience is she sometimes trains with another village girl who is a bit younger than her in their spare time. The other girl is supposedly talented, but she also has no experience or true soldier training, so idk how that would be enough to take on war-hardened soldiers.
She treated the male lead pretty badly a couple times after he opened up about some of his struggles and backstory that she never apologized for and that he never reacted to. 1. Samantha - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with "The Witch Collector". The pacing was incredibly slow, and it took forever for the story to get going. Additionally, I found the characters to be one-dimensional and uninteresting. The main protagonist lacked depth, and I couldn't connect with her at all. The plot also felt predictable and cliché, with no real surprises or twists. Overall, I found "The Witch Collector" to be a dull and uninspiring read.
2. Mark - 1 star - I couldn't even finish "The Witch Collector". The writing style was extremely convoluted and confusing, making it hard to follow the story. The author seemed to prioritize flowery language over coherent storytelling. Moreover, the dialogue was incredibly stilted and unrealistic. I found myself cringing at the awkward conversations between characters. The lack of character development also made it difficult for me to invest in the story. I had high hopes for "The Witch Collector" but sadly, it fell short of my expectations.
