1. Emily - 2/5 stars - The Maticak Academy was a huge disappointment for me. The plot was incredibly predictable, and the characters were one-dimensional and unrelatable. I found myself rolling my eyes at the cheesy dialogue and cringing at the forced romance. The concept of a magical academy was not executed well, and the world-building felt shallow and underdeveloped. Overall, I felt like I wasted my time reading this book and would not recommend it to others.
2. Mark - 1/5 stars - The Maticak Academy is possibly the worst book I have read in a long time. The story lacked originality and felt like a copy of other popular fantasy series. The characters were bland and lacked depth, and their actions seemed unrealistic and inconsistent. The writing style was also subpar, with numerous grammatical errors and awkward phrasing. I struggled to stay engaged throughout and ended up skimming most of the book. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this novel.
3. Sarah - 2/5 stars - I had high hopes for The Maticak Academy, but it fell far short of my expectations. The pacing was incredibly slow, and the story dragged on without any real excitement or suspense. The author introduced too many unnecessary subplots and neglected to properly develop the main plotline. The magic system was confusing and poorly explained, leaving me feeling disconnected from the story. Additionally, the dialogue felt forced and unnatural, making it difficult to connect with the characters. Overall, I regretted reading this book and would not recommend it to others.
