Strange events begin happening to Howard, including encountering a snake-like creature lurking in his room and experiencing vivid nightmares. These occurrences intensify, and Doris becomes strangely infatuated with snakes, often seen wearing a bracelet made of snake vertebrae. Reviews for "Yig's Curse: Is it a Legend or a Reality?"

1. John - 2 stars - I found "The Curse of Yig" to be quite disappointing. The storyline felt weak and predictable, with no real surprises or twists. The characters were also flat and lacked depth, making it difficult for me to connect with them or care about what happened to them. Overall, I didn't find the book engaging or memorable, and it didn't live up to my expectations.
2. Sarah - 1 star - I was excited to read "The Curse of Yig" as I had heard good things about the author, but I found it to be a complete letdown. The plot was confusing and disjointed, with too many unnecessary subplots and characters that added nothing to the story. Additionally, the writing style was overly descriptive, bogging down the pacing and making it a slog to get through. I was disappointed by the lack of suspense or tension, and the ending felt rushed and unsatisfying. I would not recommend this book to others.
3. Mark - 2 stars - "The Curse of Yig" had potential, but it fell short for me. The story started off strong, with an intriguing premise, but it quickly became repetitive and mundane. The pacing was slow, and I found myself losing interest in the events that were unfolding. The characters were forgettable, and I had a hard time connecting with them or caring about their fates. While the book had its moments, overall, it didn't leave a lasting impression on me.
