The Curse of Robert The Curse of Robert, also known as Robert the Doll, is a spooky legend that originates from Key West, Florida. The story revolves around a haunted doll named Robert, said to be cursed. The doll belonged to a boy named Robert Eugene Otto, who went by the nickname Gene. According to the tale, Gene's parents fired a Bahamian servant for practicing voodoo black magic after the woman gave him the doll. The doll, which had button eyes and straw stuffing, became Gene's constant companion and he named it Robert after himself. Strange occurrences started happening in the Otto household shortly after Gene received the doll.

However, this is perhaps a waste of skill points as a character would have a 100 success rate with every ability anyway and it would likely only be useful for a small boost to the effect of abilities, or for the Legendary Paladin paperdoll title. The above template increase the weapon skill, Tactics and Magic Resistance to 120, which provide more damage and allow the character to receive less negative effects from many higher level creatures in newer areas of the game.
Strange occurrences started happening in the Otto household shortly after Gene received the doll. Gene's parents claimed to hear giggling and talking coming from Gene's room, even when no one else was in there. Guests also reported seeing the doll move on its own, change expressions, and laugh menacingly.

Raydrics are easy to kill w/noctrls, so probably I'd go w/AGI Spear Quicken, Pinpoint Attack snap first and noctrl to death, jump to next target, this will surely save you SP consumables since you'll have enough short time to recover SP for your next Pinpoint+snap hunting.

If your looking for BiS gears for battle types [which only works only in PVP coz sadly they are not viable builds for WOE]:
+12 CEB + Mids [1] w/Kathryn+Maya
Hanky in Mouth
+9 WOE GR/Marc Plate/Suit, Devilring/Raydric WOE Mant, +9 Firelock Shoes
+12 GTB/Thara Immune Shield/Cross Shields for Shield Spell buffing
+12 over KVM 1-H Spear or Bellum Spears
Perfect ATK/FS chanted RWC 2012 Rings or Megs
^ these are BiS so it also means they are high-tier gears/expensive but I am sure you can start on +9 WOE set first, +9 weapons, non-MVP cards and farm KVM/BG badges for Medal of Honor+Glorious as alternatives. I'll be frank that you will be off-gamble spending for upgrading to +12s and Kafra shop. But I am sure sooner or later you will get your hands on these.

They reported seeing the doll move from room to room, hearing footsteps coming from empty hallways, and witnessing objects being thrown by an unseen force. Today, Robert the Doll resides in the East Martello Museum in Key West, securely locked in a glass case. Many visitors come to the museum to catch a glimpse of the infamous doll. It is believed that if you take a photo of Robert without asking for permission first, you will be cursed. There are numerous letters and photographs on display at the museum, sent by previous visitors who experienced misfortunes after disrespecting the doll. Whether you believe in curses or not, the story of Robert the Doll has captured the imaginations of many and has become an iconic part of Key West's spooky folklore..
