Don was able to help me understand exactly what my professor was looking for in this assignment and then helped me with different ways that I can approa.

1. John - 1 star - I had a terrible experience at Smile Spell in Weslaco. The staff was rude and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. They didn't explain any of the procedures properly, and I felt like they were rushing through my appointment just to get it over with. The dentist was rough and seemed more interested in getting me out of the chair than actually providing quality care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
2. Sarah - 2 stars - I was disappointed with my visit to Smile Spell. The office seemed disorganized, and I waited for over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist was cold and didn't seem interested in helping me. The hygienist did a decent job, but the dentist barely spent any time with me and didn't address all of my concerns. Overall, it was not the pleasant dental experience I was hoping for.
3. Lisa - 2 stars - I had high expectations for Smile Spell, but unfortunately, they fell short. The office itself was clean and modern, but the staff seemed to lack professionalism. The receptionist was too busy chatting with her colleagues to properly greet me or provide any helpful information. The dentist seemed competent, but the rushed atmosphere made me feel like I was just another patient to get through. I left feeling unsatisfied and won't be returning.

The wait times were ridiculously long, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to patients. The dentist rushed through my exam and didn't take the time to answer my questions. To top it off, they charged me an exorbitant amount for a simple cleaning. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.
5. Emily - 2 stars - My visit to Smile Spell was underwhelming. The receptionist was brusque and seemed annoyed when I asked for more information about the procedures. The hygienist was efficient, but the dentist barely said two words to me during the entire appointment. The lack of communication and personal attention made me feel like just another number. I'll be looking for a different dentist in the future.
