This sleek, art-deco-style restaurant from Mario Pagán, one of Puerto Rico’s top chefs, puts the focus on Caribbean-Asian fusion. Scattered with edible flowers, the tuna poke is sensational. The lobster lollipops.

Gorgeous interior. Spectacular view over the lagoon. Rooftop. And the food was creative and incredibly delicious. Our server Carlos was a professional whose timing and care was perfect. 👌🏼 Really joy filled to know RAYA is here. So metro and high end and not crazy expensive. Spoiled in paradise. Loved every minute, everything.

Judging is based upon food, cocktails, service, and ambiance. For cocktails, the “Hadouken” is a veryy sweet drink, the “Sumo” has been a favorite for mezcal lovers. Menu favorites and must try items: Truffle Edamame (best I’ve ever had anywhere), Tuna Poke Bowl, Chorizo and plantain wontons, Mongolian Beef, Wagyu sliders, and the Ox tail dumplings. Seated fast and treated kindly. Quality was excellent. Fair prices for great food. Interior decor and ambiance are thoughtfully designed. Overall experience is wonderful as usual. It is a restaurant I seek out and I look forward to bringing others to.

The food was amazing. Highly recommend this experience! It was serene sitting outside, and the service was fantastic. The portions were slightly small but well priced for how great the food was.

Took myself on a date here and had a really great experience. I decided to do a version of a girl dinner which allows me to try different flavors. I ordered the crab roll, shrimp gzoya, shrimp Bao and the wontons. The crab rolls were my absolute favorite, i would order 50 of them if I could! The baos were pretty good and flavorful too. Unfortunately i didn’t like the gzoya, it is supposedly a popular item but it left a weird aftertaste so I wasn’t wowed. And the wontons were a different take on the dish, but i enjoyed it. I didn’t finish all of these. I could’ve gone with three plates instead of four, but that’s fine. I also had two drinks… the one in the bird glass…super cute and light and refreshing and the sorbet drink, Hadouken, it was really yummy and felt like my dessert drink! The service was really great, I had two waiters check on me throughout the night and i loved that. The ambiance inside the restaurant was really good however i sat outside and it lacked a little big. You can kind of see the water behind the parked cars which was kind of nice…(but not great and obvi not the restaurant’s fault). All in all, for a hotel restaurant it was really good and I’d go again but sit inside next time.

We loved it. We were impressed by the restaurant, the service was excellent. We were 4 co-workers and we sat outside with a view of the lagoon. We started by toasting with 4 cocktails and then we ordered 8 dishes to share, some from the tapas menu and others from the main entrances menu. All were delicious especially the Short Rib Nachos and the Tuna Poke Pegaito…and we finish with two desserts. The pudding surprised us .

We found Raya after trying a related restaurant also owned by Mario Pagan. Quaint restaurant with beautiful decor, offering a nice view of the water and would be perfect for a special occasion. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They have a great cocktail/wine list and the food is amazing! So many yummy options (on menu and specials) that we had a hard time deciding what to order! We eventually opted for the tuna and sea bass as our entree selections. just wow! Raya was our favorite restaurant that we tried while in Puerto Rico. highly recommend!

Went on a Friday night luckily we had mad reservations in advance. The atmosphere immediately impressed me with it's eclectic mix of home, modern, and old luxury. The full bar offered all drinks and a unique set of cocktails. I tried three cocktails and each one added something different. The food was amazing. Each plate felt hand crafted just for our table. My favorite was the Mongolian beef. I really enjoyed the the tuna poke as well. The service was very good.

This restaurant is beautiful and romantic, perfect for a date. The service was top-notch, and the food was perfect. There were so many flavors and textures, and it they all complimented each other beautifully. Would definitely go back for a special occasion.

1. Sarah Johnson - 1/5 stars
I was really disappointed with "Raya mario pagan". The film lacks a clear storyline and the characters are one-dimensional. The animation is mediocre at best and it feels like a cheap knock-off of other animated films. The jokes were not funny and I found myself bored throughout the entire movie. Overall, I would not recommend watching this film.
2. Michael Smith - 2/5 stars
While "Raya mario pagan" had its moments, I found myself confused and uninterested for the majority of the film. The plot was convoluted and hard to follow, with too many unnecessary subplots and characters. The animation quality was average and didn't capture my attention. Additionally, the voice acting was lackluster and at times felt forced. Overall, this film didn't live up to my expectations and I wouldn't watch it again.
3. Jessica Thompson - 1/5 stars
I found "Raya mario pagan" to be a complete waste of time. The animation was poorly done, with clunky character movements and unappealing visuals. The story lacked depth and was predictable from beginning to end. The dialogue was cringe-worthy and the voice actors seemed disinterested in their roles. Overall, this film was a disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone.
