1. John - 2 stars - I recently cancelled my membership with Pure Magic Car Wash and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. First of all, their customer service was terrible. Every time I called to cancel, I was put on hold for ages and then transferred to different people who had no clue what was going on. It was a complete hassle. Secondly, the car wash itself did a terrible job. The automatic machine left streaks on my car and missed several spots. I had to go home and handwash my car to get it clean. Overall, I would not recommend Pure Magic Car Wash to anyone.
2. Sarah - 1 star - Pure Magic Car Wash was a nightmare from start to finish. Not only was it a hassle to cancel my membership, but they also continued charging me even after I cancelled. It took several phone calls and emails to finally get them to stop charging me. On top of that, their car wash left my car dirtier than when it went in. The attendants were unfriendly and unhelpful. I definitely regret ever signing up for their membership and would advise others to stay away. There are plenty of other car wash options out there that are much better.

They make it so difficult to cancel a membership that I almost gave up trying. The attendants are not helpful and act like they don't have a clue what they are doing. The car wash itself is mediocre at best. I have had much better experiences at other car wash facilities. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Pure Magic Car Wash is a waste of time and money.
