• Read BAKER, Chapter 1. [No book? Mitchell, Guide, pp. 9 - 13]

Additionally, I didn't feel any difference in the quality of my sleep or any magical effects as advertised. It was just a regular bedsheet with a fancy name and a hefty price tag. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a real magical sleeping experience.
