HOW MANY DO I NEED?
As a general rule you will need one (1) thermal mailer for each of the following:
- 1 XXL item (greater than 2.5lbs)
- 2 XL item (1-1.5lbs)
- 3-4 large items (12-16oz)
- 4-6 regular items (7-11oz)
- 6-10 small items (up to 6oz)
As a general rule you will need one (1) ice pack for each of the following:
- NOTE: Chocolate items may required additional ice packs
- 2 large items (8-16oz)
- 3-4 regular items (up to 7oz)
- For items larger than 1lbs (16oz) we recommend 2 ice packs per item.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTION SHOULD I USE?
It is highly recommended that you purchase an expedited shipping option in addition to thermal packaging to increase the likelihood that your order will arrive unmelted. Neither the ice packs nor thermal envelopes are designed to last the 4-5 days that standard shipping may take to arrive. In most cases and especially during warm weather months the ice packs will last approximately two days and will not last past 3 days when packed with thermal envelopes.

- Thermal envelopes are not the outer shipping packaging. Your items will be placed inside the thermal envelope along with any ice packs purchased, thermal envelope will be sealed and then placed in an outer cardboard shipping box.

1. Sarah - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the "October Magic Rose Camellia" plant. I had heard so many great things about it, but it just didn't live up to the hype for me. The flowers were much smaller than I expected and the color was more muted than vibrant. Additionally, the plant didn't seem to thrive in my garden and struggled to grow. Overall, I feel like there are better rose camellia options out there that would be a better investment.
2. John - 3 stars - While the "October Magic Rose Camellia" did produce some beautiful flowers, I found that the plant required a lot of maintenance. I had to constantly prune and shape it to keep it looking presentable. Additionally, the plant didn't seem to handle extreme weather conditions very well and I lost a few branches during a particularly hot summer. While it does have its merits, I'm not sure if it's worth the extra effort and upkeep compared to other varieties available.
3. Emma - 2 stars - I had high hopes for the "October Magic Rose Camellia" plant, but unfortunately, it just didn't live up to my expectations. The blooms were small and often appeared wilted or damaged. The plant also struggled to grow and I found that it required a lot of special care and attention. Overall, I was disappointed with this variety and would recommend exploring other options if you're looking for a beautiful and low-maintenance rose camellia.
