Nr22 Magic Remote is a smart remote control developed by LG Electronics. It is designed to provide users with an enhanced and more intuitive way to control their LG Smart TVs. The Nr22 Magic Remote uses motion-sensing technology, allowing users to navigate through menus and options by simply waving the remote in the air. This makes it much more convenient and user-friendly compared to traditional remote controls. The Nr22 Magic Remote features a built-in scroll wheel and a clickable scroll wheel button, allowing users to easily scroll through content and select options. It also has dedicated buttons for popular applications such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, making it quick and easy to access these services.

These are all great tips. I particularly love 16. I heard recently that in the military you ask for spears, because together you need to improve for the benefit of the team. It's the same with acting and asking for 'notes'. They really stuck with me, so much is in the framing - full credit to Simon Sinek for those!
