If you're not satisfied within the first five days of receiving your trees and plants, contact us, and we'll help make it right! Please note that proper care and nutrients are necessary for plants to adapt to their new surroundings. Our guarantee does not cover plants purchased outside your recommended growing zone or those that have received inadequate care.
If you encounter problems with your plants within the first 30 days, contact us. We'll review your concerns and, if necessary, provide you with store credit.
For deciduous trees ordered during winter or early spring that don't emerge from dormancy by May 30th, we'll honor our guarantee outside of the five-day notification period.
