Like, I can t really imagine how she d fit into any kind of political thriller plot, and given that that was the entirety of the first episode I feel like the show is working at cross purposes.

Also I have no idea what show OP is watching in saying this isn’t fetishized. Don’t give people a false impression of this show and don’t set them up for disappointment like this. It’s not revolutionary and you’ll literally find 10,000 anime like it. The scrubbing pads didn't hold up well either, they quickly deteriorated and became useless. I found it frustrating that I had to constantly replace the pads. Don't waste your money on this cleaning system, there are much better options available.
