I normally don't have to wait even when it's packed, I waited a max of 5-10 min (but that was a holiday weekend). I always love my nails with whichever tech I get. I go in with an idea of what I want and either get exactly what I asked for or something better. Very fast and professional. Lots of nail techs all the time. Read Less
