1. John Doe - 1 star: I had a terrible experience at Meriton Suites Mascot Central Sydney. The room was dirty and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom had a weird smell and the showerhead was broken. The staff at the front desk were not friendly or helpful at all. I would not recommend staying here, as there are much better options in the area.

The walls were thin and I could hear every sound from neighboring rooms. The beds were uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. I expected better from such a highly-rated hotel.
3. Mark Johnson - 2 stars: I was not impressed with Meriton Suites Mascot Central Sydney. The room I stayed in had a broken air conditioning unit, so I had to endure a hot and stuffy night. The Wi-Fi was also very slow and unreliable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was far from the city center and other attractions. I won't be returning to this hotel in the future.

The room I was allocated was not what I had booked, and the staff were unapologetic and unhelpful when I raised the issue. The room itself was outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The noise from the nearby construction site was unbearable, making it impossible to have a peaceful stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
