Green Magic Homes Brings Next Generation Sustainable Building Technology

Green Magic Homes, based in Miami, Fl, announces the official launch of their sustainable building technology Worldwide, and the introduction of their dynamic new construction technology into the USA that will change how we think about green living and earth sheltered homes.

Built with fiber re-enforced polymer modules, Green Magic Homes are light weight, waterproof, mold resistant, impervious to rot and infestations, and offer infinite design possibilities. Flexible and durable, the structure will last for hundreds of years with minimal maintenance.

Technology
The Green Magic Homes are composed of prefabricated vaulted panels manufactured with composite laminate materials, confined laterally by walls in reinforced soil, with a high index of stabilization and protection from climate meteorological harmful effects change and UV radiation. The technology is designed to adapt to any type of topography, either flat, with moderate land slopes or steep slopes.

Green Magic Homes components are easy and fast Assembly. Each component has perforated flaps to screw and seal each other, anchoring them to the Foundation, which allows fast installation. The earth berms on the sides of the structures and on the roof are structured in such a way that they actually collaborate with the stability and strength of the finished structure, Instead of being a dead load.

The new sustainable building technology used in these earthworks is an evolution of various methods of earth construction and stabilization such as superadobe and geotextiles, designed for the living earth and vegetation covering of the Green Magic Homes system. Composite ducts and channels for electrical wiring and water pipes as well as mechanical ventilation ducts, can be added to the shell at any point necessary.

Sustainability
The oldest building methods use the earth as a building material. Adobe, cob, rammed earth, and earth-sheltered construction, are being used as an alternative to more mainstream types of building. In particular the idea of covering a structure with living earth and plants, and using the thermal stability and security provided by the proximity to the ground, is very appealing. However, this type of construction has always been difficult and expensive to achieve, with questionable results. Achieving adequate ventilation and adequate water-proofing in this type of construction has never been easy with traditional methods, and often the result is overbuilt, requiring an extremely strong structure that does not collaborate with the earth surrounding it.

The Green Magic Homes system has addressed these problems in an entirely new way, using the age-old methods of building with earth in conjunction with the space-age technology of composite materials. The inner shell of the buildings is very strong, light, waterproof, and modular, and the earth covering is constructed in such a way that it collaborates structurally with the shell because of its layered construction and the vaulted geometry of the system. Reviews for "Unleash Your Child's Imagination with Mealtime Magic Maya Doll"

1. Samantha - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Mealtime Magic Maya Doll. First of all, the doll did not work properly. It was supposed to mimic eating and drinking, but the motions were very jerky and unnatural. Additionally, the doll barely recognized the included food and drink accessories, making the whole experience quite frustrating. The doll also had a tendency to leak water, which ruined the clothes and made a mess. Overall, I do not recommend this doll as it did not meet my expectations and was not worth the price.
2. James - 1 star - The Mealtime Magic Maya Doll was a complete waste of money. The doll's features were incredibly limited and the advertised "realistic" eating and drinking actions were anything but. The doll's movements were stiff and robotic, and the feeding accessories did not properly fit or function as intended. The doll would often get stuck or stop working altogether, leading to a very frustrating playtime experience. Save your money and look for a better interactive doll option.
3. Emma - 3 stars - While the Mealtime Magic Maya Doll had some interesting features, it fell short of my expectations. The doll's eating and drinking actions were somewhat realistic, but the responsiveness and accuracy were not consistent. The doll would often spill water or food, which made a mess and required constant cleaning. The doll's design and clothing were cute, but the overall play value did not justify the high price. I would recommend exploring other options before purchasing this doll.
