Enchantments reach a maximum of level 30 and the higher-level enchantments require bookshelves around the enchanting table. The bookshelves must be arranged one block away from the enchanting table in a 1 high, 5 by 5 square, with an opening for a door.

If you put an Enchanted Book, along with some Lapis Lazuli, if you re in survival mode, you ll get a choice of which enchantment you want on the book. I was wondering what I can do about, i'll call them, useless enchantments.

What I mean with that is that i sometimes get enchanted books from fishing or enchantment table, that are useless. For example a book with Loyalty III and Efficiency IV. Loyalty is only for Tridents, and Efficiency isn't.

My question is, how I can still use those books.

You can put them in a grindstone to remove the enchantments, returning an unenchanted book which can then be re-enchanted or used for something else, as well as giving you experience based on the quality of the enchantments being removed (this can be done for any item; for example, enchanted a diamond pickaxe and didn't get Fortune? Just disenchant it and re-enchant until you get it, without having to make more than one pickaxe):

A single enchanted (book and weapon) item can also be placed in either input slot, which removes its non-curse enchantments, returning an amount of experience for each, without repairing it or sacrificing another item.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?

Bruh, why not store them inside a chest and later use it when you get one Trident, tridents are pretty fun.

You just use them.

Just chose which enchantment you want to use and put it on whatever it will go on.

The other one will be wasted but I'm pretty sure that you don't get charged for it.

If you combine 2 books on the other hand you get charged the levels for all the enchantments in the second book.

Yeah, you've basically got three options with books that have multiple incompatible enchantments on them:

1.) Use them on an item, despite the fact that this wastes one or more enchantments.

2.) Stick em in a chest to maybe use on an item later, when you're in such need of one of the enchantments that you don't mind wasting the other.

3.) Put them in a Grindstone to remove all the enchantments, yielding some XP and an unenchanted book you can re-enchant or sell to a librarian villager or craft into bookshelves or an enchanting table.

Personally, I go for number 2, although for certain combinations of one very rare/valuable/frequently-used enchantment and one useless/common/cheap/rarely-used enchantment, I may just stick them in the chest with other books of that useful enchantment and ignore the other one.
