If I'm not mistaken, the chupacabra brisket magic is formulated for brisket specifically from the chupacabra, not beef brisket. It's a bit smaller, slightly gamey, and hard to obtain, but well worth it.

Use Fiesta seasonings a lot, just not that one. I've seen the rest, but not used them. I have friends that love them though.
