Is this (and/or the first one) any good? I keep seeing it pop up online, and the title cracks me up.

I just watched the first one and loved it. It's a full-on popcorn movie, Korean-style. Bloody sci-fi action.

I'm watching the second as soon as I can get my family caught up with the first one.

Yeah this is on my list to watch this week. The first was great.

Just did a double feature of these. I like the first one a little better, mostly because the action was better choreographed and edited. This one had a final brawl set at night, with everyone wearing black, and was very choppily edited. Still, it was fun. I'd definitely watch a third one. I was expecting it to be more horror-y, but aside from the gore level, it was more like a superhero movie.

I read a review that made references to Firestarter and X-Men movies, and I think that's spot on. The first is What If Firestarter But John Wick Action, and the second is What If X-Men But R-Rated. The evil corporate stuff also gives me Resident Evil vibes. Lots of departmental infighting. And I can never understand villains that want to create the perfect killing machine and then are all "why does this sentient being I've abused want to kill me?"

I wanted more of the Korean chief and her South African sidekick. I really dug their dynamic, and he was funny without being a macho or idiot clown about it. Good thing I stuck around after the credits.

We started this last night, but got sleepy, which is partly on us and partly due to what a clear Middle Film in a Trilogy this is. It's proficiently made, but lacks the urgency of the first one, as they seem less interested in telling a complete story than in doling out whatever events need to happen to set up a big finale.

There is SO MUCH PLOT in this.

Reviews for "The Magic Cup Arlington: An Unforgettable Weekend"

I was really disappointed with my experience at Magic Cup Arlington. The service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed very disorganized. The prices were also quite high for the quality of the drinks. I ordered a latte and it came out lukewarm and tasted barely like coffee. I won't be returning to this café anytime soon.

I had high expectations for Magic Cup Arlington after hearing so many positive reviews, but I was left unimpressed. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, but the coffee was average at best. The cappuccino I ordered was too bitter and lacked the creaminess I look for in a good cappuccino. The pastries they offer were also disappointing, as they were dry and tasteless. Overall, I felt like I could have gotten a much better coffee experience elsewhere.

Magic Cup Arlington was just okay in my book. The café itself is cute and the drinks are decent, but there was nothing that stood out to me. The prices are a little on the high side, especially considering there are other coffee shops in the area that offer similar quality drinks at lower prices. The staff was friendly, but the service was a bit slow. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I don't think I'll be making a special trip to visit this café again.
