1. Amanda - 1/5 - I had a terrible experience at Magiv shoe repair. I brought in my favorite pair of heels to get repaired and when I picked them up, they looked worse than before. The stitching was crooked and the color didn't match the rest of the shoe. It was clear that no care was taken in fixing them. I ended up having to take them to another shoe repair shop to fix the poor job done at Magiv. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
2. Michael - 2/5 - I was disappointed with the service at Magiv shoe repair. I brought in my leather boots to get resoled and they took longer than the estimated time to finish the repair. When I finally got my boots back, the new soles were already coming off after just a few wears. It felt like a waste of money and time. I won't be going back to Magiv for any further repairs.
3. Emily - 1/5 - I had a horrible experience at Magiv shoe repair. I took my handbag there to get the zipper fixed and they completely ruined it. The zipper was not only still broken, but they also scratched up the leather around it. They didn't take any responsibility for their mistake and refused to give me a refund.
