1. John - 1 out of 5 stars - I had a terrible experience at Magical Memories Orlando. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The room I was given was dirty and smelled like mold. The amenities promised on their website were not available. Overall, it was a nightmare and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The beds were uncomfortable and the linens felt old and worn out. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallways was constant, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location was far from the main attractions and required a long drive to get anywhere. I expected more from a place claiming to offer magical experiences.
