This is our first trip to St John and we just cannot get over how beautiful it is! And the view from Magic View. unbelievably gorgeous. The location is great too - super close to Cruz Bay but quiet, except for the roosters crowing at dawn (which we actually loved)

- Sarah - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with my stay at Magic Villas Viwws. The property is outdated and in need of some serious renovations. The furniture and decor looked like it was straight out of the 1980s. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens felt like they hadn't been changed in ages. On top of that, the cleanliness was subpar. There were visible stains on the carpets and the bathroom was not clean at all. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and clean stay.
- John - 1 star - My experience at Magic Villas Viwws was terrible. The customer service was incredibly unprofessional and they didn't seem to care about the issues I had with my room. The air conditioning didn't work properly, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable in the hot weather. Additionally, the noise from neighboring units was unbearable and kept me up all night. I raised these concerns with the staff, but they were dismissive and didn't make any effort to address the issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The WiFi was practically nonexistent during my entire stay, which was frustrating as I needed it for work. The kitchen appliances were outdated and barely functional. The pool area was crowded and not well-maintained. Overall, the property lacked the attention to detail that I look for in a vacation rental. I won't be returning to Magic Villas Viwws in the future.
