I am rejecting this response because:
They are blaming the person in front of me, that is their problem, I am a paying Customer and expect to use the car wash without having my vehicle damaged while in their care. The system should shut down when vehicles are to close. The automatic track in the car wash keeps moving foward until a worker has to shut it down, once again not my problem. The car wash manager even stated that vehicles should not be that close and they were looking for more resposible help. IF they are so sure that it was the other driver, they need to go after that person! They should also explain why the vehicles tires would not stay in the track! When I go in the wash system their equipment takes over and is now their responsible that my vehicle goes to the end of the cycle without being damaged in the process. Thanks
Sincerely,

When I go in the wash system their equipment takes over and is now their responsible that my vehicle goes to the end of the cycle without being damaged in the process. We strive to be fully operational at all times, but Weather or Mechanical problems may prevent that as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the membership.

New Business: Magic Tunnel Car Express Car Wash

CIRCLEVILLE – A new car wash option is popping up in town, and in my opinion, we do need it. Being a person who lives on the north end where there are several car wash locations and when the nasty weather is over, I’ve seen a line of cars on North Court street wanting to get into one of the two car washes.

Magic Tunnel will be located beside 1469 South Court Street in Circleville, in between the new strip mall in construction and Chipotle. Construction will begin in the next several months. Owner of Magic Tunnel Roger Beck recently sold his original company Goo-Goo car wash and according to him starting over again. Beck said the last Goo-Goo car wash was opened in Chillicothe before he sold the company. “I always had to drive through Circleville to get to Chillicothe from 23, and I started noticing Circleville was growing quickly. With some research, Beck saw what an excellent opportunity Circleville was and decided to build. Beck told Sciotopost that construction will start in a few weeks and are expected to be complete in July. Magic Tunnel has opened three locations in Ohio already Tiffin, Sidney, and Troy.
