Dive into the World of Magic Nails Providence: Tutorials and Tips for Nail Art Beginners

By admin

Magic nails providence is a topic that revolves around the idea of nails that have magical properties or abilities. These nails are believed to have the power to bring good luck, ward off evil spirits, and protect the wearer from harm. In some cultures, magic nails are created by sages or wise individuals who possess arcane knowledge and skills. These individuals would imbue the nails with their magical powers, often through rituals or spells. The nails are then used for various purposes, such as healing, divination, and spiritual protection. In other cases, magic nails are believed to be naturally occurring.

Magic Nails has no consistency whatsoever! I will not go here again. I used to like going to Magic Nails .. up until their prices and customer service changed. I have been to Magic Nails four times before today and each time that I have gone, I get the same thing done. Acrylics with a $5 Topcoat that keeps the Nails shine. However they charge me a different price everytime! It seems like the price is always going up. The first time it was $32, then $32 again, then $34, and the fourth time it was $37. I thought ‘okay maybe it was the different nail techs that I was going to..’ Today it was clear to me that’s not the case. I went there to give them one last chance, my fifth time there - to see if they would do well and make it up to me. Unsurprisingly no, they were very unhelpful and my nails came out horrible. Ontop of that they charged me $45 today! When I got the same thing done that I always do. It’s one thing if I pay $45 and the nails come out looking great, but today I paid $45 and they were horrible. My nails are covered in bubbles, bubbles even on top of the french-manicure part of a nail, and also I left with chunks of acrylic stick under the tip of my nail. This is ridiculous. After noticing these bubbles and the different pricing, I went back inside Magic Nails and requested to speak with the owner (Gina), Gina just passed me off to the nail tech that did my nails.. I asked her why did she charge me $45 as I always pay $37 the most for my nails.. $32 for Frenchtip acrylics and $5 for the shiney-topcoat. They even have a sign with the prices stating that what I had gotten is $32. She said no it is $45 because of the French acrylics. Basically we went back and forth and she left it at that. She told me no, it is always $45 and that I was wrong. So I asked her if she would be willing to fix them. She also said no .. I asked her to take off the nails and to please refund me, I was denied and left. I also was denied of the $3 tip that I gave them. I tipped due to their work and taking time out of their day to do my nails, however because of them I will never tip or pay another nail technician again until I see the receipt. Magic Nails are stealing from me every time that I go in there.. It’s ridiculous that I am paying a different price every time. This was the fifth time that I left unhappy from Magic Nails and they said that there was nothing they could do. So, now they lost my business and I am here writing this review to warn other Magic Nail goers. What owner doesn’t want to fix a situation? What owner doesn’t want their client to leave happy? What owner passes off a complaint to the lower staff? Today was their last chance to redeem themselves and they did the exact opposite. I’ve been there multiple times before today and I have not complained once. Gina and the staff at Magic Nails needs to have some courtesy for your customers and fix their wrongdoings. They also need a lesson in customer service. An owner unwilling to fix an issue with a customer should not be an owner at all. I will never go to Magic Nails in North Providence again and I suggest you never do either. Read Less

I had just read another review here that had a similar experience! I go to Magic Nails because it’s close to my home and in good location. I go once a month and I request that my nails be done the same every time. However, recently for the past two months - the price is different every time! It seems to be getting more expensive each time that I go. I also want to add that I always purchase using a debit card. Now that I’ve had this issue more than once, I will no longer be a customer at Magic Nails. Gina and staff could also take a few lessons in customer service. I went here for the first time last week around Monday/Tuesday after seeing good reviews online. I was looking to get a gel manicure as well as a regular, classic pedicure. Overall, I liked the vibe and design of the salon but the nail techs weren't very talkative which made it awkward at points. The pedicure was amazing and adding the hot stones was a very unexpected but fantastic touch. The reason why I'm giving this salon such a low score is because my gel manicure was horrible. The nail tech applied too much polish and it gave my nails a thick, bubbly look which made the color I chose look awful. Aside from that, it's been barely 1 week and 2 of my nails have already completely peeled off and 1 more is on its way. It is supposed to last at least 2, maybe even 3 weeks but I didn't even get my money's worth this time. I've gotten gel in the past but this time was the worst by far. I don't plan on returning in the future because of this so I'll just stick to my other salon. Read Less

Decent place- I don't get manicures often but I was going to prom and the rest of my week prior to it was super busy so I had to get some gel nails. I was in and out pretty quickly, which was nice (especially with gel nails). The ladies were nice enough- they spent more time talking to each other than myself and my sister (who was also getting her nails done) but towards the end of their day I can understand that. My nails turned out nice, although I feel like my glitter polish could have used another coat or two to cover some bare patches where you can see my nail underneath, but overall I was satisfied and would go back. I've bitten my nails since I was a kid and I've decided it's (past) high time I stop. I've discovered that my perfectionistic streak prevents me from destroying manicures, so I'm embarking on a quest to find the best nail salon in Greater Providence. My brother married his sweetheart this weekend, so I decided that last Wednesday was as good a time as any to get my first manicure in over a year. I chose Magic Nails due to its closeness to my mom's house and its relatively good reviews. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I made the appointment for both of us, but when I arrived I was seated at the pedicure station and my mom was started on her manicure. We could talk, but certainly not quietly, and especially not when my pedicurist was on her cellphone (for awhile). I realized after she painted the first nail that I didn't like the color, so I asked if I could pick something else - she was clearly annoyed by this, and I felt bad, but I'm sure it happens sometimes, right? The rest of the pedicure was fine. Nothing to get excited about. I asked for the same color (the second one, I mean!) on my fingernails, but she didn't bring it with her to the manicure table - a fact I discovered after she'd painted my right hand. She insisted it was the same, but my mom went over to the foot bath area and found it. Again, the nail tech was clearly annoyed. When she was done, I looked closely at my nails and realized they weren't completely covered - but by this point I didn't want to annoy her any further. My mom was pleased with her manicure - her tech was really sweet - but I was disappointed. Prices were fine, but I won't go back. The quest for the best nail salon continues. (I have an appointment tomorrow.) Read Less

Wow. What a time I had here today. For starters. I'm out and about, enjoying the sunny day and wanting to get myself a manicure. I typically do my own nails, but I felt like treating myself. I was especially looking forward to the nice little hand/arm massage that comes along with it. I was greeted promptly and seated right away. I chose my shellac color and the nail tech started right away. There was no conversation to be had, until I noticed after she was done painting my nails that she hadn't painted the entire nail on each hand. She only painted about 3/4 of the nail; the bottom near the cuticle was still showing my natural nail. After pointing this out, she fusses about it for a few minutes and then repaints my nails using a paintbrush to ensure precision this time around. The girl sitting next to me has also had shellac done; her nails have dried and her nail tech proceeds to lotion her up and rub her down.I've now been sitting there for about 45 minutes. My nails finally dry and they look okay, not great. She tells me it's $25 and that I'm all set. At that point, I was really unsatisfied with the entire experience that I said ef the massage, just get me out of here. She received a $2 tip, which was generous in my mind. Other nail techs seemed pleasant enough, or at least better than the one that I had. I wish I had her name.Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to Magic Nails ever again. Ever. Read Less

Reviews for "Nail Art Fit for a Queen: Royal Magic Nails Providence Inspired by History"

1. Mark - 1 star
I had a terrible experience at Magic Nails Providence. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They rushed through my manicure and pedicure, leaving my nails uneven and my cuticles cut. The overall quality of the service was extremely poor and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
2. Jennifer - 2 stars
I was disappointed with my visit to Magic Nails Providence. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked attention to detail. They didn't take proper care of my nails, resulting in a sloppy manicure that chipped within a few days. The atmosphere in the salon was also uncomfortable, with loud conversations among the employees that made it difficult to relax. I won't be returning to this salon.

I had high expectations for Magic Nails Providence, but unfortunately, they were not met. The nail technician did a rush job on my gel manicure, resulting in bubbles and uneven application. When I asked for a fix, they seemed bothered and simply brushed off my concerns. Overall, the service was subpar, and I found the prices to be too high for the quality provided. I would suggest finding a different nail salon in the area.
