I followed my nail tech here and couldn’t be happier with her choice. The Magic Nails staff make sure you are comfortable and attended to. These folks know how to do it right!

I’ve known the owners of this Salon ( they just bought it in September 2015 ) for over 7 years. They are really great family folks that are extremely nice.
The level of service here is Top Notch! They really treat you right and their nail procedures are amazing. Hot stone massage is included on a standard pedicure!

I have been looking for somewhere to get my nails since I moved out this way a year ago and I finally found it. Yen is the best! After my first time of going to her I knew I’d be coming back for a long time. She does such a sensational job every time and pays such close attention to detail. I have been going to this location since they opened. This place is so clean, sanitary, and very professional. They are always busy, but the wait is usually not long. Nikki is my go to girl. Best to make an appointment with her. She is always busy.

My husband found this nail shop for me through Unilocal and I must say this has been the best nail shop I have come to. I asked for either Jenny or Tammy and Tammy was my nail tech and Nu was my pedicure tech. Nu did a WONDERFUL job as I had the pedicure with the hot rocks. Tammy did my nails through a picture I showed her thru PINTEREST . I will be going back and I was told all of there staff is highly trained. By the way this staff is very humble and I have mad respect because although Tammy is the bomb she wants her staff to get their props as well. That is good management.

Best nail place in the area! Wonderful time from the second I sit down to the time I leave. Everyone is gentle and takes their time with my nails. I don’t plan on going to any other nail salon!

Don’t love this location, don’t hate it either. Service is average, but maybe it’s because I’m not a regular at this salon. Definitely recommend their sister salon in Willowbrook over this Oakbrook location.
Location: conveniently located, but smaller than their Willowbrook salon. It’s got the same type of vibe/​décor, nice/​clean-​nicer ambiance than your average nail salon.
Service: so-​so. Don’t know why they agree to an appointment time when they don’t have it open. The Willowbrook location will be straight with you and tell you to come in at a different time. Not the Oakbrook location. Waited 20 min past my appointment time on my last visit and felt like it was a waste of time.
Some of the nail techs here are friendly, some not so much. It shouldn’t be an issue to ask them to paint on two colors to help you decide on a color, but I’ve been given the impression by some techs here that it is. Sometimes they slather on the polish so thick it takes several hours to fully dry.

Nice salon– very clean. Nikki did a great job and was not hurried.

I work in Oak Brook and my colleague gave me an awesome gift certificate for Christmas, so why not go here and get some cute holiday nails? The place is very nice inside, & very clean like all of the other reviews said. The salon chairs are just like the chairs for the pedicures at the salon I go to where I live… great massages. I would definitely like to make this place a regular place but I don’t live close to here and leaving to have « me time» after work is not always convenient since I have a child to go home to, but I will be back. Probably the longest pedi massage ever… I love to get a sugar scrub, but the basic pedi here is only lotion/​oil.
Jeff did my no chip. He was super talkative and friendly ( that’s a HUGE plus) and was precise with my no chip. No complaints here.

The atmosphere is nice, but since it’s oakbrook, you pay more just for the neighborhood. What costs $ 25 elsewhere costs $ 30 , $ 43 for a VERY slight upgrade with sugar scrubs. My pedicurist was too gentle, somewhat lazy with his filing and scrubbing and was quiet and yawning. Really didn’t seem to want to be there. Guess I can’t blame him. I wouldn’t want to work with people’s feet all day either.

I don’t have enough fingers and toes To count all the nail techs I’ve seen in my lifetime but the reviews don’t lie. This place is Clean and everyone is so sweet. After my appointment The manager/​owner approached me by my first name & thanked me for coming in, asking me how my appointment was, and telling me that she was glad i tried them out. Now that is customer service. I was not rushed, both of my nail techs took time with me and I felt like i mattered, not to mention my nails are beautiful.

Magic Nails keeps my nails looking good. They have friendly staff that are welcoming and professional. There are always appointments available and they generally welcome walk ins. What really drew me to magic nails is the cleanliness of the salon. I always find myself finding reasons to cringe at nail salons but Magic Nails keeps the cringing to a minimum. They also have a fantastic selection of colors. If you can think of a color chances are Magic Nails has it. Not only will they have the color you are dreaming of they will have it in a shade darker, a shade lighter, or any other possible variation of that color. The only thing negative about Magic Nails is the wait. You can schedule an appointment, show up on time and still have to wait 20 minutes. Other times they are ready for you as soon as you walk through the doors. That kind of inconsistency can get annoying but I believe the quality of the manicure and the color selection available more than make up for the unpredictable wait time.

This entire experience was positive start to finish. I drove away excited with how wonderful this whole thing was. I travel for work so I rarely return to the same nail salon because I’m never in the same city. So often times my experience is a toss up at best. Counting my lucky stars for today. I came in with an ombré design and they tried out the design on multiple fake nails before we found the perfect look for me. So professional and friendly. The inside was spotless. And my nails look PHENOMENAL . Luckily I’ll still be in the area in 3 weeks and I’ve already booked my follow up. I can’t wait to go back. Vy and Lynn are phenomenal!
Update: I didn’t think it was possible but Vy did an even better job this time. I’m so obsessed with my nails. Even after I showed her 10 different Pinterest photos I just asked her to make something for me because I couldn’t decks and she went above and beyond. I LOVE my nails. So much sass and class. And she is so so sweet. Seriously wish I could come here every month!

Have been going to Magic nails for years now ( even from the city!) have yet to find anywhere that does a better job. Always a pleasure, easy to get an appointment and tons of color choices. Love Jaden and V! They are my go to people there.

My daughter asked me if I had a boo boo on my heel. No, sweet girl, that’s just the result of a lack of pedicure in the last few months. And with a trip to Mexico days away, I was relieved to read the great reviews of Magic Nails, just a few doors down from my morning meeting location!
Inside, Magic nails is pristine and serene. The polish selection is impressive ( everything from Essie to OPI to Color Cube, gel finish and more), the pedicure chairs lush and comfortable, and, most importantly, everything was incredibly clean. Like eat off the floor clean. Jackpot!
My spa ( regular) pedicure ran me $ 30 pre-​tip and ran about 45 minutes long. Long enough for a perfect polish on both my feet and toes, lower leg massage and a variety of lotions/​hot towels, etc. The tech was friendly and polite, and extremely precise when it came to my tiny toenails.
They do accept credit cards for services, but tips are cash only ( and I didn’t find an ATM anywhere nearby). Next time I’m in the Oak Brook area, I would absolutely come back to Magic Nails for another fantastic pedicure!

AMAZING .
I have searched near & far for a new nail salon & Magic Nails is the absolute BEST place ever. Coming from a picky, sometimes OCD customer ( if I’m being honest) they met all my needs and exceeded my expectations. I have tried places in the burbs and downtown Chicago and this is definitely my new go-​to salon. The interior is clean & up to date. Tons of name brand no-​chip colors, and excellent customer service. Tony did my no-​chip mani & was patient, detail oriented and professional. A no-​chip is $ 40 , a bit more pricey but I promise it’s worth every penny. He soaked my hands in hot towels twice, gave me a great hand & back massage with their homemade lotion. I am obsessed! Wow. All other salons need to take notes because this place is the ultimate nail salon experience.

I was so grateful since it’s the day before my anniversary.My mani was done by Bee, she’s so sweet and very helpful when I asked for suggestions. My no chip French manicure looks amazing!! I travel 27 miles now for magic nails. This place has employees like a "clown car," more and more employees just keep coming out of the back room. Just when you think that there couldn't possible be one more employee out on the floor, 3 more come out.It's awesome!All that aside, they have an amazing nail salon with amazing employees too, all very talented, all work well together. Been going there for about ten years now. They switch the furniture up every 3-4 years, just got new chairs for the manicure stations.I get the parifin treatment pedicure, no color, no clear coat, just buff, with cheese(jjk).
