The venue s main first aid location is located on the main plaza near the Merchandise stand, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed.

All points of sale will only accept credit or debit. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on-site at the main gate information booths at both entrances to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

WE ENCOURAGE CARPOOLING
We strongly encourage carpooling to minimize traffic within the parking lots as fans arrive and leave the venue. Spots fill up fast for VIP Parking and the free bus service, so why not catch a ride with a friend?

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
NICE Buses will travel 90 minutes prior and 90 minutes post-show to and from the Freeport train station to the venue.
