Magic Knight Rayearth is a popular manga series that was created by Clamp, a renowned all-female manga artist group. Now accompanied by Mokona, the girls then travel to the Forest of Silence to meet with Presea, the artisan who will create for them the weapons they need to battle Zagato and revive the Mashin. For instance, it is Ascot s love for his monsters that allows him to continually summon them to fight against the heroines even as they keep being destroyed.
Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu are then appointed as the Magic Knights and given the task of rescuing Princess Emeraude and saving Cephiro. Each girl is bestowed with a unique and powerful weapon, representing one of the elements of earth, water, and wind. They must overcome various trials, face dangerous enemies, and learn to work together to fulfill their mission.
