Once onboard, any refunds will be made to the Sail & Sign account of the spa order contact person's Sail & Sign account, not the original form of payment used to secure the Staged order. The ambiance was also lacking, with loud music playing in the background and the room feeling cramped. Overall, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived and would not recommend this place.

The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, making me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The massage itself was lackluster, with the therapist seeming disinterested and going through the motions. The price was also quite steep for the poor quality of service received. Save your money and go elsewhere for a truly magical massage experience.
