I had a terrible experience with Magic Garage Door and Gate. Their customer service was non-existent - I called multiple times to schedule an appointment and was always put on hold for what felt like forever. When they finally did come to fix my garage door, they did a sloppy job and it broke again within a week. I called to complain and ask for a refund, but they ignored my calls and never responded. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was not impressed with the service I received from Magic Garage Door and Gate. The technician who came to my house was rude and condescending. He seemed more interested in upselling me on unnecessary parts than actually fixing the problem with my garage door. Additionally, the prices they quoted me were much higher than other companies in the area. I ended up going with a different company and had a much better experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid Magic Garage Door and Gate.

I wish I could give zero stars to Magic Garage Door and Gate. The technician who came to my house was unprofessional and disrespectful. He left my garage door in even worse condition than before he started working on it. When I called the company to complain, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused. I had to hire another company to fix the mess they made. Stay away from Magic Garage Door and Gate unless you want to waste your time and money.
