I definitely would not recommend this company if you're looking for a pleasant sailing experience.
2. Mark Johnson - 2/5 - I was disappointed with my experience with Magic Catamarans in Mallorca. The boat I rented was not the one I had reserved, and it was much older and more run-down than expected. The GPS system on board was also not functioning properly, which made navigation difficult. The customer service was lacking as well - it took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and they seemed uninterested in resolving the issues I encountered. Overall, I would not choose this company again for my future sailing trips.
